Terms of Service

Use HoopHub honestly. Enter accurate game data, do not impersonate other players, and do not attempt to abuse or overload the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these principles.

HoopHub has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. That means no sexual content, violence, harassment, hate speech, threats, impersonation, or spam — on a profile, a post, a run listing, or anywhere else in the app. We remove content that breaks these rules and terminate the accounts of the users responsible, with no exceptions.

You own the game events, stats, and other content you enter. By submitting content you grant HoopHub a licence to display it on public pages — game reports, standings, and player profiles — as part of the core product experience.

HoopHub is provided as-is during early launch. We make no guarantees of uptime or feature stability. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the product evolves. We will aim to give reasonable notice for breaking changes.

Report objectionable content or an abusive user right from the app — look for the Report action on posts, profiles, runs, teams, and leagues. You can also block a user to stop seeing them. Reports reach us at david@hoophub.ca, and we act within 24 hours: removing content that violates these rules and, where warranted, terminating the responsible account.
